Nichole Fetrow
I’m Nichole Fetrow, founder of Transcend Workforce Solutions. I spent 15 years as a transition teacher in Minnesota, where I prepared young adults with disabilities for a productive and purposeful life. I watched too many of my former students slip between the cracks after they graduated from our program due to a lack of job coaches in our state. That broke my heart. I started this business to eliminate that problem – because everyone deserves hope and a purpose after graduation.

Work Experiences
We match young adults with short-term job experiences so they can explore their passions and be able to identify their dream jobs.
Job Placement
We can help young adults find a job they could see themselves in long-term, offering them stability and a sense of purpose after they graduate.
Job Coaching
Once our young adults land a job, we offer one-on-one coaching to ensure they’re completing the assigned tasks, communicating effectively, and enjoying their work.
Are You an Employer?
Together, We Can Foster a More Welcoming Space for Your Team.
We can help you fill open positions with clients who are capable, motivated, and ready to come to work. All our clients receive one-on-one job coaching to ensure they’re performing their assigned tasks and accomplishing their job requirements effectively.
According to a state survey,
Two-thirds of employers in Minnesota, at locations with 5 or more employees, employ individuals with disabilities.
Employers are equally satisfied with their employees with disabilities as they are with their employees without disabilities.
Employers noted that their staff members with disabilities are valuable, loyal, bring a lot to the job, and have a good attitude and work ethic.
